You will receive an email with your username and password for access to your new RCMS Client Portal.

Inside your portal you can:

  • Track job status in real time

  • Download affidavits and invoices anytime

  • Submit new service requests

  • View and pay open invoices

3️⃣ Once your job has been completed, you will receive an auto completion email detailing your service detaiuls.il
Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming:

  • A photo of the address

  • Service details

  • Notes from the server

4️⃣ Final Step (If Your Request Was a Serve)
Your Affidavit and Invoice will be emailed to you
within 24 hours of completion.
